We are a small friendly group of independent local small businesses, with our clients health and wellbeing at the centre of everything we do. Between us we have over 35 years experience in Marlow at different locations and are now under one roof at the Courtyard Clinic Marlow on Marlow high street.
Between us we cover Beauty Therapy including Electrolysis, Physiotherapy, Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports Massage, Pilates, Reflexology, Reiki and Aromatherapy treatments.
We work under our own company names and booking is direct with the individual therapist, scroll down to meet the team.
Dee is a Soft Tissue Therapist qualified at Level 5 Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy. Dee teaches Body Control Pilates, Mat based Pilates and the Back4 Good Low Back Pain programme.
Dee works with clients of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels as well as professional and recreational athletes, her clients want to maintain their bodies and health so they can enjoy life injury free.
Dee is a member of the Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA) and the Body Control Pilates Association and Academy.
Outside of work having had a previous career as a yacht skipper and then crewing on luxury yachts Dee enjoys sailing and surfing when time permits. More local to home Dee can be found cycling or enjoying walks in the Chilterns.
Sarah is a Soft Tissue Therapist qualified to BTEC level 6 in Advanced Clinical Massage and level 5 in Sports & Remedial Massage Therapy
Sarah brings to the team a blend of sports and myofascial massage. Treatments can be targeted to a problem area or entirely relaxation. Sarah is trained in scar work, taping and hot stones and incorporates these into her treatments. She works with her clients with regular preventive treatments as way to stay in-tune with their body and provide balance to a busy and active lifestyle.
Sarah is a member of the Association for Soft Tissue Therapists (SMA) and ISRM.
In addition to her massage qualifications Sarah has a 1st Class Degree in Nutrition and a Post Grad in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympics Committee.
Outside of work Sarah enjoys learning to drum, playing chess, and roller skating!
Shelley trained and qualified in Spa management Health and Beauty in the Welsh valleys 29 years ago and has worked with the very best in products and people in the beauty industry.
Shelley's highlights where working for the late Dawn O’Shaughnessy at “ Sunrise Health and Beauty Marlow” for 20 years, it was after Dawns passing when the salon being sold Shelley branched out with the support of her very loyal clientele.
Shelley enjoys sharing her expertise and knowledge offering a warm friendly yet professional experience in her signature surroundings.
Shelley has enjoyed singing from a young age especially due to her Welsh heritage and she currently sings with the Harmony Belles on a Wednesday evening at the UCR church in Marlow.
Shelley also enjoys a few rounds of squash at the Wycombe squash and racket ball club when her diary permits.
Rachel is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a background in high performance sport. Rachel teaches clinical Pilates and also works as a Specialist Cancer Rehab Physiotherapist.
After working for the English Institute of Sport with GB Canoeing, and as Lead Physiotherapist with the England Women's Cricket team, she spent time working in private practice in Australia.
When she is not at work she enjoys running and paddle-boarding and runs a social enterprise promoting exercise for wellness for those with cancer.
