Pilates
Body Control Pilates offers a comprehensive programme of exercises adapted from the 'classical' exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Focusing on the ABSs Alignment, Breathing and Centring. We offer specialist programmes for Lower back pain, private 121s and group classes.
Reflexology
